Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation:
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled thereafter will be charged the cost of the first night booked
Advance Purchase:
A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable
Children & Extra Bed Policy
Children and families are welcome to stay. A number of our rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Please feel free to bring your own travel cot. We have a limited number of Z beds available at £20.00 per person per night. Please request these at time of booking as subject to availability.
Credit Cards
The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted.
Damages
An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Bull Hotel will be at the cost of the guest.
Internet
WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.
Parking
There is no onsite parking at The Bull Hotel. Parking spaces can be found in the town market place, the church side of the High Street, and the town car park just a few minutes stroll from The Bull.
* There is no parking in the market square on a Tuesday night due to the market the next day. In the square, there is one-hour free parking that isn’t blocked up by the market for any luggage drop off and then there is the additional free parking opposite the church for longer stays.
Pets
Dogs are not allowed in the hotel bedrooms or dining areas however we welcome them in our bar.
Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the hotel. We have 2 open courtyards located at the front and rear of the Inn for those who wish to smoke.
Room Keys
Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £35.00.
VAT
VAT at the current rate is included.
Accessible Information
We had room 11 overlooking the square. Lovely room and great shower and plenty of storage. The bed was really comfortable. Good selection of teas and other bits. Breakfast was superb and a good choice. Sunday roasts were fantastic, probably the best I’ve ever had. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would say good value for money. Fairford is a lovely setting and people very friendly. What a Hidden Gem this is.
We stayed there overnight and had a delicious dinner, comfortable sleep and smashing breakfast. The team was really friendly.
Definitely recommend. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. Our room was spacious with a lot of light. The pub was a wonderful experience with food ranging from fish and chips to Sunday roast. Staff were always helpful. Fairford is a great town to walk around with public footpaths leading to the neighboring towns.
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Extremely clean room with plenty of space and comfy bed. Breakfast was good quality.
