Roast chicken roulade wrapped in bacon filled with cheese and leek, dauphinoise potato, wilted greens with a rosemary and redcurrant sauce (gf) 21
Honey glazed French trimmed pork with braised red cabbage and apple served with dauphinoise potato and a cider and apple reduction (gf) 22
Grilled stone bass fillet with braised fennel, crushed new potatoes served with a Thai shellfish curried bouillabaisse (gf) 25
